Apartment in Yerevan N 2-1 – two bedrooms

Location: Central Yerevan, near the Opera House

This 100 square meters apartment is located in the Center of Yerevan, on Teryan Street, just 5 minutes by foot to the Opera House. The apartment is ideal for couple, family or just friends (up to 4 people, preferably adults) who visit Armenia for vacation, business or other purpose. A small Church Katoghike, one of the oldest in Yerevan, is in 2-3 minutes distance from this apartment. There are many shops, cafes, restaurants along the Teryan Street. The Freedom/Opera square and a small artificial lake with many open air cafes are making this area very attractive for Yerevan guests. The apartment is within 10-15 minutes of walking distance from the Republic Square.

The apartment is located on the first floor. Main conditions are:

• The apartment is fully furnished
• TV, Stereo, DVD, Video
• The kitchen equipped with all kitchen utensils and oven, gas/electric burner, fridge
• Two bedrooms are fully furnished with comfortable beds and furniture
• The bathroom is equipped with washbasin, shower and other utilities
• Washing machine
• Air conditioning unit
• Direct phone line and a phone
• Unlimited high speed Internet is available upon prior request
• Housekeeping service can be provided once a week upon request for free
• The apartment building is equipped with special lock with security code.

Daily rate: USD 120 (without utility costs)

Utility costs: up to 10 days - no extra charge. If more than 10 days - AMD 1000 (about USD 2.7) per day exciding 10 days

Payment Terms: Cash. The rent is payable upon the entry, on the first day of arrival.

Reservation: As a common practice we ask for earlier deposit for reservation. However, in some cases we can proceed without any advance payment for reservation.
